Great location in world heritage location. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The only very minor hiccup was they had my reservation but did not have it linked to the second room for my colleague. Once his name was mentioned it was immediately resolved. They recommended a couple of good restaurants and we enjoyed one of them thoroughly. Next morning after arrival they had all sorts of suggestions and knowledge about the area and places to visit. Espinazo del Diablo to the North was great.

SUPER RECOMENDABLE!!

El lugar es maravilloso, habitaciones amplias, buenos colchones, muy buena la calefacción, el baño inmejorable( amplio, mucho caudal de agua) el servicio de desayuno es muy completo y materia prima de muy buena calidad! El personal una atención maravillosa, festejamos el cumple de mi esposa y de su amiga y nos dieron el mejor servicio con una cena maravillosa! Gracias.

Sur les hauteurs de Tilcara. Hébergement très agréable, belle décoration, personnel charmant et bon petit déjeuner. Bien penser à ses boules Quiès, beaucoup de chiens donc les nuits peuvent être plus ou moins calmes.

Very good service from the reception and kitchen, wonderful and quiet location and a very cozy room. It was a little too cold during the night, as the electricity went off for hours - made it a little difficult to sleep. However, the staff gave us those old-fashioned bottles with hot water to have in the bed - it helped a little. If we come back to Tilcara, we would probably come back to this hotel.

Hôtel très agréable mais ce qui a été catastrophique a été la relation avec la plateforme . Notre vol de Buenos Aires à Salta ayant été reporté du matin à l’après midi nous ne pouvions pas arriver à l’hotel Avant 22h et avons essayé d’appeler l’hotel Pour le prévenir . Nous avons du appeler le numéro indiqué sur la réservation expédia mais ce numéro ne correspondait pas à l’hotel . On nous a donné un autre numéro qui n’etait Pas non plus le bon . Puis un autre numéro où une personne nous a dit qu’ele Allait prévenir l’hotel Ce qui n’a pas été fait . Il serait bon que Expédia vérifie bien les coordonnées avant de les transmettre aux clients . Ceci va nous coûter plusieurs communications téléphoniques dont nous vous enverrons la facture .

Apartarmento que ficamos não correspondia às fotos do site.Ficamos em um porão, as cortinas não erma blac-out e pior, não tem TV em nenhum local do hotel, a internet não funciona. Os apartamentos deste porão tem um tipo de ante sala, com computador e uma copa, se a ocupação destes apartamentos for de outra familia o barulho incomeoda. O café da manhã foi muito bom, porem não estava totalmentte pronto na hora marcada.

Al llegar no nos dieron la habitación doble que teníamos reservada a través de Hoteles.com, la gerenta no estaba para darnos una explicación (estaba de Viaje) y nos dieron la única que les quedaba, que si bien era cómoda y limpia, tenía muchísimo olor a pintura, y el mobiliario y la decoración distaba mucho de la que nos correspondía... Una lástima porque el Personal fue Amable y Servicial!!
