Bad Service

They told us that they didn't accept Hotels reservations or any type of online reservations and that it was a scam. I still tried to book but they told me that they were "booked."

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!! I went for my scheduled booking and was informed that they DO NOT take any online bookings, everything isbooked for in person the day of your booking at the front desk. I ended up paying with Expedia for nothing and I’m currently waiting for a refund as I had to pay for my reservation again at the front desk. They said it isn’t the first time it’s happened so I don’t understand why Expedia still has this motel up for reservation to its users.

Property itself was ok. I had an issue with payment which was the problem. Expedia charged me for my stay when I booked then when I arrived I was told they don’t accept payment through online/3rd party services and had to pay again

I got there and they said they don’t work with Hotels.com. So I tried to call Hotels.com and couldn’t get through. So I ended up going to another Hotel.. but I got changed for the room. I need my money back..

It was terrible then I open the gate for you I was not able to stay there don't do it online they said only for hours they say they don't reserve anything over online.. I got there and I was trying to see what happened with my booking they said to call to cancel because nothing was set up. You go over there and pay up front for four hours for fourth five dollars . Try to get a refund and it a waste of time

Llegue al hotel y que no había reservacion, que no trabajaban con expedia dure una hora al teléfono con su deficiente departamento de atención a clientes expedía que ni siquiera hablaba español bien, aún no me resuelven mi devolución y pretendo no volver a utilizarlos más
