Excellent location close to the Chaudanne lift. Enjoyed the Sauna/hot tub every night after skiing. Well-proportioned apartment, although we were not sure why the detailed inventory was needed - if you stay in a place like this, you don't steal a spoon.

Ski break

Great stay, close to lifts. Bakery goods delivered in the morning. Fantastic spa with pool, steam, sauna. Underground parking at 10€ per day. Each apt has a ski locker. Great value if you have max occupancy.

Superbes vacances passées à Tignes dans un hôtel très confortable. Appartements bien agencés, literie très confortable et lits king size. Personnel très sympathique, belle piscine. Manque juste un aspirateur dans l’appartement.

Customer service to a new level

A true test of good service is how a problem is handled. When we arrived at 6:30pm after a full day of travel from Sweden our room was not ready. The manager’s response was to apologise and serve oysters and champagne. During our entire stay they staff were so friendly and helpful - especially Manon and Lucille.

В общем комплекс нормальный. Плюсы: персонал работал корректно, возможность заказывать выпечку по утрам, хорошая подземная парковка. Минусы: холодная джакузи в спа-зоне, плохая сушка в ski-room, плохой вылетающий Wi-Fi. Расположение комплекса далековато от центра, но есть возможность кататься на лыжах непосредственно от дверей.

First time we have used CGH Residences and so pleased with our choice of Le Telemark in Tignes Le Lac. Our apartment was really spacious and cosy. The Spa was wonderful and we all enjoyed using the large pool, hot tubs, steam room and saunas. A number of large ski and boot rooms are provided, meaning there is no rush hour traffic in the mornings to get prepared for the slopes. Le Telemark is very close to the Chaudannes chair lift so you are on the slopes very quickly. Finally, the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful in ensuring you have a pleasant stay. Really enjoyed the baguette and pain au raisin ordering service! Thanks CGH Residence for a great holiday.

Fantastic stay

The apartment was great, spacious and nicely designed. The boot room was very convenient with direct access to the pistes from the 1st floor. Ski out was easy, ski in a little more tricky as it requires climbing up a steep bank to avoid walking up the road although still possible! Great bakery service and amazing spa facilities. All the restaurants and bars in le lac are a 5/10min walk away.

Als je kan skieën en er sneeuw ligt, echte Ski-in/ ski-uit. Voor beginners echter wel lastig omdat je een steile heuvel en rode piste af moet. Verder alles prima voor elkaar. Supergroot skigebied met voor elk wat wils.
