Great accomodation

Great location close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Not ski in/out but only a short walk to the nearest lift. Spa facilities were great to unwind after busy day on the slopes. Will be back

Rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur

Réservation faite dans cette résidence que nous connaissions indirectement, pour un séjour confort au ski. Bel espace, une équipe globalement accueillante, en particulier son directeur attentionné, notamment avec un fort sympathique pot d'accueil. Bien du positif : belle superficie de l'appartement, respect de notre demande de profiter de 2 SdB/SdE, état global et esthétique de la décoration, situation dans la station (proximité commerces), praticité de l'espace détente / spa, calme général dans la résidence (mais la situation coeur de station implique d'entendre les fêtards dans la rue en pleine nuit, comme partout à Val Claret). Mais également des points négatifs : à commencer par la demande de pointer tout (couverts, etc...) : à quoi bon dans une résidence de ce standing !? surtout quand on pointe qu'il n'y a que 5 des 12 verres à vin et qu'aucun réassort n'est fait durant le séjour... détecteur de fumée manquant, non remplacé après signalement (mis en commande : devrait être en stock) ; chauffage d'une chambre impossible à baisser, donc neutralisé par le technicien ; manque de places assises au salon (au moins un fauteuil en plus (pour 6) à prévoir en plus de celui existant et du canapé 2/3 places) ; éloignement des pistes à pied ; température eau SdB et spa très très juste ; manque équipement minimal ménage (un aspirateur balai serait utile) ; une petite attention en plus du sourire à l'accueil quand on signale un problème serait appréciable (du genre on s'en occupe).

super séjour, juste deux points à revoir ...

Bonjour, point positifs : appartement propre,calme, spacieux,belle vue, bien équipes, TB literies, balcon, bilan : rien à redire point négatifs : au moment de la réservation je n' ai pas eu l' information que les commerces étaient tous fermés, sauf à Tigne le Lac ( juste un magasin pour les courses avec obligation de prendre la voiture ... ) autre point à revoir : il est pas évident de se repérer dans les couloirs, surtout pour l' accès depuis la chambre via l' ascenseur à la piscine le bilan général est très positif !

Good location, but lots of odd requests - like you are at the scout's camp: 1. On arrival, you need to do inventory of all utensils, plates, glasses, and other minor items ( a list of 30 or something) to identify if anything was missing - under a threat of being charged if a spoon / glass is missing. Never ever heard of anything alike before 2. You are supposed to not just load and run dishwasher (which is pretty much the norm): You are expected to unload it and set all the items exactly as they were upon you arrival! Otherwise - a charge! 3. You are expected to remove all the linens 4. No toilet paper, paper towels, very limited amount of dishwasher detergent. Explained " you are expected to provide your own... Those are really cheap items - so you REALLY expect your guests to run and buy toilet paper??? To be fair - they offered two rolls at reception " as an exemption" . 5. They do have wifi, but...no more than two devices connected at the same time..Seriously??? For the apartment with 6 people???

One of the best in Val Claret

Great facilities with an excellent pool/spa area. Location is perfect if you want to go skiing but also suitable if you just want to go and relax at the spa. The apartments are large for a mountain resort.

Tignes is a superb summer destination for a family looking to try sports. The apartments here are large, well appointed and the staff very helpful.

Bon sejour.

Nous avons séjournés dans un appartement 3 pièces 6 pers. Pour quatre adultes et deux enfants ça va, mais pour six adultes c'est juste! Appartement agréable mais pas très propre, le spa est très beau mais la piscine est froide et le jacuzzi n'est pas toujours chaud. Hammam et sauna super! Personnel de l'accueil très sympathique. Résidence bien située.

Nej, detta var inte bra. Det första som skulle göras var att man skulle inventera köksutrustningen själv (kändes lite 70-tal). Naturligtvis fattades både det ena och andra som man hade fått betala för om man inte gjort inventeringen. Wi-Fi fungerade mycket dåligt. Tv-kanalerna fungerade ibland. Spisen slutade fungera, detta meddelades receptionen som utlovade reparation. Det kom ingen förrän nästa dag (det fick bli restaurang istället). Men det värsta av allt var lyhördheten. Fick sömnen förstörd alla nätter utom två av festande grannar på övervåningen. Bra? Joda SPA-avdelningen var trevlig.

Schönes Hotel mit nicht so toller Gründlichkeit

Die erste Wohnung haben wir gewechselt, weil sie im EG war und die Scheiben zu waren mit Schnee. Außerdem roch sie nach Zigarettenqualm. Die Wohnung in der zweiten Etage war besser und großzügiger. Der Balkon lag ebenfalls voller Schnee. Die Stühle waren dreckig und der Tisch lag zugefroren unter einer Eisschicht. Als ich an der Rezeption nachgefragt hatte, ob man unseren Balkon vom Schnee befreien könnte und die Stühle sauber machen könnte, gab man mir eine Schaufel in die Hand. Die Eisschicht habe ich dann selbst vom Balkon entfernt und die Stühle gewaschen. Defekter Toilettendeckel wurde sofort ausgewechselt. Hotel hat eine gute Lage, schöner Wellness Bereich....aber eine vollgekotzte Treppe vom Skikeller muß man schon 3 Tage in Kauf nehmen, um so etwas kümmert sich da keiner. Da haben wir einen anderen Standard. Preis-Leistung sollte man sich genau anschauen...

Résidence spacieuse, espace piscine agréable (grand bassin), appartement pour 6 personnes (occupé par deux adultes et deux enfants) avec beaucoup d'espace. Propreté correcte.

L'hotel est situé à deux pas du centre ville et proche de l'accès aux pistes. Le service est de qualité. Le spa dispose d'une piscine trés grande, de deux jaccuzis assez grands et de cabines de saunas et hammams assez grands également. Les soins sont de qualités et dans un espace agréable. La chambre était trés grande, bien équipée et trés propre. Rien à dire. Nous comptons bien y retourner.
