Tiffin is a very nice town with great people and this Holiday Inn Express fits right in. Everything was in excellent condition even a little ahead of time, and people at the desk, in the breakfast area and in housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying there again.

We arrived late and the front desk staff was great. Suite was a nice size but appears to be missing chairs for the extremely small dinette table. Other wise all good.

Everybody is so polite. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean and doesn't reek of chlorine, and the breakfast was great. Their gym facility, if you can call it that, needs some improvement. A set of weights, a treadmill, an elliptical and a bike all packed in a12x12 room. Nah, I'll skip and just go for a walk outdoors. Plenty of parks around and the air here is so clean. We'd return for sure though, just skip the workout.

I love the location and the rooms very clean. However there was a ton of mold in the shower head and drain, the shower door leaked. For the most part it was clean but there were a lot of kids swimming and running around and the lobby floors were soaked and never mopped up or a caution sign. At one point during the night someone was banging on the door trying to get in and police were called
