Room was generally clean, but mugs were changed on one of the days. There was a very strong smell of smoke on the last night of stay, when we had to get up 4:30 to catch a flight, it was disturbing…but I understood if other hotel guests choose to smoke in a non smoke room, the hotel has limited things to do at the time.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was very nice. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. There was some wear and tear in my hotel suite which was kinda surprising to me.
