She not only greeted us every time she saw us with a warm and genuine smile, she was crucial in helping us plan our days, made phone calls, walked us places and translated for us. She is truly a gem to this hotel."

"Eclypse del Mar is a uniquely, beautiful location. We stayed both in the overwater bungalows and the treehouse so we were able to enjoy the ocean and forest views. We were thrilled to be able to feed the fish through the opening in the living room floor of the bungalow. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Rashi, JJ and Francesca made us feel right at home. We had some of the best animal sightings at the reserve, including a mother sloth, travelling the treetops with its twins and were able to feed a big caiman and two little ones. It was absolutely amazing."
