"This was our favourite stop on our 3 week trip. This property is a piece of paradise. The bungalow over the water was amazing - clean and spacious! The breakfast was wonderful and the lunch and dinner options were also amazing. We loved the nature trail and we made good use of the paddle boards on offer. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were wonderful with our 16 month old. Special shout out to Rafia (sorry if this is spelt wrong) - he was brilliant with our son! This hotel will always be our favourite holiday destination. Thank you so much everyone, we hope to be vac one day!"

While you don’t typically go to Bocas for “amenities” the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly- especially Janelli. She not only greeted us every time she saw us with a warm and genuine smile, she was crucial in helping us plan our days, made phone calls, walked us places and translated for us. She is truly a gem to this hotel."
