「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

「Everything was great, except disappointing that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I also forgot my watch after checking out, and the staff kindly let me back in to get it. Very helpful and thankful.」

「The hotel was fine but unfortunately the housekeeping was poor. Shower gel container was not refilled when needed and on one occasion left our room without any towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Had to contact an outside concierge at 11pm to get these items. Could also do with a lift for people on 2nd Floor as 47 steps of stairs to get there.」

「The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.」

「房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。」

「Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first.
