「The staff were amazing. The lady that checked us in was very personable. She was able to check us in a little early. The hotel was smoke free and our room reaked of cigarette smoke. The previous occupatant stole the HDMI cord from the TV. Staff did come to fix the TV right away. 」

「We found two bugs on the sofa bed! And the hair dryer was broken 」

「The AC worked well. The room was underwhelming. They need to upgrade the rooms, they are very outdated. Only 1 light worked in my room. The fridge was not clean, the room overall didn’t feel clean but it seemed like the best that could be done. The shower position resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. The elevator looked like a death trap. I even got stuck riding up and down as it failed to open on the 3rd floor, where my room was. 」
