"The unit was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The condo was in need of refurbishment with chipped appliances and furniture and stained and torn carpeting. Check-in took longer than expected. Staff was friendly. We did not have time to use any amenities. Check out chores were reasonable: put the trash in the dumpster, towels on the floor, and fun the dishwasher. We would stay here again."

"The room was more dated than expected. Shower curtain should have been changed out due to damage. I stayed in an upstairs room and I could hear the people below me. They had a young child who would run around and it would shake the oven and lights in my unit. "
"The room was clean. Had everything we needed. Even soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of pillows and a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles plus other cold choices.
Hot tub was relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Nice gazebo. Very please with our stay. "

"First, we want to compliment your staff—they were great, helpful, and very responsive throughout our visit. We truly appreciated their attentiveness.
However, the room we stayed in was quite noisy. It was located right next to the street, with traffic, trash pickup right beneath the room, and last night there were a few trucks working (possibly county work) without any prior notice. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for us to sleep well.
Overall, aside from the noise issue, everything else about our stay was great. We hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.
Thank you again for your hospitality."
"Everything was excellent. The only inconvenience we have was the valet parking - we waited 45 mins- people that came after us for their cars but bot us. So, I end up going to the parking lot and get the car by myself."
"Very comfortable stay in the King Sweet with a family of 5. I definitely will return and recommend this hotel. The only update I will like to see happen is upgrade their T.v’s with the option to log in to streaming services like Netflix, Prime etc. other than that the stay was great. "
