「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

No one was at the reception, and whenever I needed to pick up my key, asking for kettle, trying to fix wifi, I needed to walk across the building and fetched her at the restaurant.
