"This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was excessive noise outside of our room and they refused to give us a different room stating the hotel was fully booked, which was a complete lie. I was able to go online and find rooms available to book in the hotel for that night so they had over rooms available. They refused to do anything to help me and we ended up leaving after only staying 3 hours because of the excessive noise outside and the staff not willing to help us out at all. This hotel experience was so stressful and anxiety inducing. I will NEVER stay here or in Elkhart, Indiana EVER again."

"Not impressed at all. Granted it's Super 8 so expectations weren't high but it fell below even what I expected. We were in town for a wedding and it was recommended so thought maybe this one is better than others....nope! The moment you walk into the lobby you're knocked down by the smell of Marijuana and almost positive a good deal of that was from the woman at the check in counter. Every time we saw her she was standing out front smoking. The elevator barely crawls, rooms were unstocked and even had a washcloth from previous guest left in the shower."

"We left early due to the strong smell of marijuana inside the building. The staff was friendly enough however they did not enforce the no smoking policy. We did not get to enjoy the pool or breakfast due to the stench. We also were there to visit our granddaughter but we didn't dare bring her back to the hotel due to the people outside the doors smoking pot and the horrible smell in the hallways, which was obviously coming from the rooms. Upstairs was the worst. I understand it's legal but there is a non-smoking policy and it should be inforced. I am sure it would be if I was to smoke a cigarette in the building. The thing that infuriates me the most is we left early due to it causing my husband to cough uncontrollably and they refused to refund us our money for the night. They broke their policy for a non-smoking environment for everyone! It should be a safe place to stay for everyone with allergies and asthma! "
