Three Points Vacations

"Staff was professional and helpful. Our room was clean and had plenty of space. The property is clean and maintained well. One of the elevators was out of order so we decided to take stairs and all the floor level doors were locked so we had to exit outside at street level. This wasn't a huge issue since it was still light and the weather was fine, but decided to wait for the elevator after that. The casino was spaced well so we were crowded and kept cool as most are. "Everything was really good. The only issue was that the person at the front desk was very rude and not helpful. Aside from that, everything else was great."

"Hot tub and pool were closed for renovation. That was not mentioned when reservation was made. Room definitely needs a renovation, no one likes to walk on hotel room carpet. I will not be going back to this hotel."

"This place was absolutely beautiful and I wish we could have stayed an extra night! The staff is incredible and friendly. The pool was an extra touch ! We loved it and the breakfast in the morning was the perfect touch. My kids explored the property looking for bugs and I really enjoyed my time in nature. I will be back soon!"
