The property is beautiful it’s a funny set up lots of live residents and the surrounding gardens are beautiful and rooms are comfortable. Room service is pretty average to say the least. Excellent room, 3 beds which was oerfect for us at the end, with a small kitchen that allowed us to cook and eat when needed. Location was excellent being near the beach, with the pub and restaurants nearby suitable for us. Would stay here again if in Nelson, enjoyable stay
