「Lyndsey and Mark were brilliant for our stay, so friendly and gave tips on things to do in the area . We also had a dog with us and they were very accommodating. Lovely B and B, close to amenities but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Food is also lovely, we had breakfast and tea. 」

「Very pleasant stay in the center of a charming market town with many independent shops with the castle and the river to explore. The staff were excellent and made us very welcome. We found everything that you could possibly want in our rooms - quality bedding, Nespresso coffee machine, high quality toiletries, and many other nice touches. Breakfast was excellent. 「What I love this hotel the most is the breakfast, its by order and put you feel like on vocation (I am on biz trip). The staff was very nice as well. The hotel location is perfect and nearby market place, very easy to walk around this lovely city. The only thing that need to improve is the internet connection, it was that good in my room.」

「We stayed at the Rose & Crown for an overnight stop, on our way back to Bristol from a weeks holiday in Scotland. The hotel has been there since 1455, lots of history, we found it to be a very cosy and quaint. Real wood fires making the snug cosy and warm. Manager and staff were lovely and friendly nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent as was the service.
