「Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. 」

Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

「Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. 「The staff were all absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the dinner at the adjoining pub. The Church next to the venue is well worth a visit, and there is a small relatively well stocked shop just a two minute walk away. Parking was very easy with plenty of space to choose from. 「A very good location, opposite the King's Lynn Minster, at the end of the High Street, and close to the riverside. The suite was very large and well equipped. Clean and comfortable.」

「I was unable to use my booking as i had 2 funerals to attend. My daughters came instead. They said mum you would have hated it stank everywhere of dogs and they were in the dining room. It seems you are more dog friendly than people friendly」
