"They should mention that the pool and other facilities are often booked for community events. In fact the pool holds swimming lessons six days a week twice a day, each a three hour slot. If I knew this I would have booked elsewhere since one of my main goals during the trip was to swim as often as possible. I think it's great that swimming lessons are given there but guests should be warned in advance. Otherwise it's a very centrally located and very comfortable property."

"We loved our 2 day stay. The showered was great. The restaurant staff, room staff and check in were great. We loved the hospitality of the cooks and servers in all 3 restaurants. The ceiling in the room leaked from A/C. The only incident that put a damper was one of the front staff rudely told my young daughter who was taking a call in the lobby and had her foot touch the chair in front (not fully placed) to sit well as it is the lobby. I wonder if they share the same concerns with the men there who literally had their feet up with no shoes. The double standards and treatment of women differently still exist?"
