"The Rock was a beautiful place. Staff was amazing and the place itself is beautiful. We stayed in the ocean front villa, which is actually three separate “rooms”. Had staff basically hold me hostage for 2 half days so I could prepare to move because beds work awful than moved me to room with no AC than to room that was 32 degrees cold and couldn’t turn off the Ac.
