"Riverview was good. Tub shower unit good size. The restaurant was only open 4 days a week for 3 hours. Maybe low season? The desk clerk served me drinks in the bar even when the bar was closed, that was above and beyond. Overall we were happy there."

"La Villa Balat a beaucoup de charme, située le long et avec vue sur la Meuse et la Citadelle. Parking public aisé à proximité immédiat. Accueil très sympathique dans le petit salon qui sert aussi de bar ouvert et de bibliothèque bien fournie. Petit-déjeuner plantureux, très varié, avec des produits locaux de première fraicheur."

"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

"農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。 部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。 立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。 レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います"

"Beautiful Homey little hotel in a small town outside of Duant and Namur the town itself is very everything made of stone. But the small town was in walking distance of restaurants, and a bakery I would highly recommend this if you wanted to experience the beautiful countryside of Belgium. We will stay again Keep in mind you must have your own car to get to this town"

"Le soucis n’est pas la chambre, c’est la publicité mensongère. Je venais pour mon anniversaire de mariage en pensant profiter du spa, sauf que le spa n’est pas du coup inclus dans le tarif de la chambre (sur votre site ce n’est écrit nul part!) on demande comment faire pour y aller quand même et là on nous dit que tout est déjà réservé. Personne ne nous a prévenu. Il y a une piscine extérieur couverte, on demande donc si on peut y aller, on nous dit que non car elle n’est pas chauffée… payer...
