「Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...

「When we went to have breakfast at 8 there was no eggs and only a couple of sausages. The orange juice was watery. Not impressed with breakfast. We had to ask at the service desk info about breakfast times...」

「Breakfast was waffles and frozen biscuits sandwiches! No elevator and it's a 3 story building. Check in is on 2nd floor and you have several stairs to go down to get to front door. Paid for 2 queens and got 2 doubles.」

The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.」

「Nice and new parking lot. The check-in process was fast and friendly. Elevators were clean, hallways were clean and fresh smelling, nice rooms, love the heat and air control options (digital and in the wall not the unit). Excellent breakfast options, liked that you could use the lobby for eating, outdoor fireplace and patio for eating and relaxing, very nice pool and even more importantly the hot tub was functional and actually hot.」

「We booked this reservation solely for the water slide and kiddie pool, which were both closed when we checked in. Reasoning was out of the staffs control, but it would have been nice if we were notified before check-in (it had been closed since the day before). We also had to request toilet paper immediately after checking in and the bathroom was not clean. We were pretty disappointed in this stay. However, I will say staff was kind and the breakfast was good.」
