「Our room was clean, the staff was great, and our bed was comfortable. Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well.」

「Dirty, nothing open, absolute dive. Duct tape on the doors, locks did not work to outside, windows broken. The smell was horrible. I am pretty sure people were living in some of the rooms. 」
