Confirm the facilities before confirming booking
the facilities provided were not very good.
The AC could not be turned off. They say the remote was broken and cannot be replaced and the work around they suggested was to keep the windows and doors of balcony open.
When we say opening doors n windows are bringing up mosquitoes in they provide us with a liquidator.
There is no main switch for AC to turn it off either.
Another issue which we faced was with regard to billing. They say you got the room via some offer pay for one night and one night complimentary hence the your room is not entered into the database and were asking us to pay the bill for other amenities used right away rather than to wait until check out.
Other than that, food and service was okay.
