「We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. 「De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Je moet vragen voor room cleaning. Geen waterkoker aanwezig, op verzoek werd er 1 gebracht, kamer was niet schoon. Op verzoek werd het wel schoon gemaakt. Heel mooie balkon met een prachtige uitzicht, maar vies tot en met. Ontbijt stelde niks voor heel karig. Wij gingen naar een andere restaurant voor onze dagelijkse ontbijt. 」

「Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter.」

Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. 」

「We had a fantastic 4 days at this resort. Everything was spectacular. From taking the little boat to dinner, to the gorgeous view from our room and balcony, to the people who were so kind and helpful to us, I can't say enough. I think the best part is that you are out of the hustle of the main beach area and in a serene and quiet backwater area. It's just a short ride to the beach shops and restaurants though.
