We loved the convenience and proximity to the ocean-front and great restaurants. Coming from a place prior that had a balcony, we missed that part and having our coffees out there, however, it would have been quite noisy since it’s on a main street. With the windows closed, the room was very quiet which was lovely. The room itself was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more. We’d recommend to others!

The place is a walking distance to dining, shopping, parks, sea and restaurants The view of the sea is quite stunning. I was quite impressed. The property manager is approachable and friendly. The property is spacious with a sofa. It has a washing machine. My partner and i had a very good time and will surely use the same place, if it is available. Highly recommended 👌.

We had a car: public parking right across the street was super useful. Restaurants & walking to everything at your doorstep. Staff very accessible (tho I had to request checkin info bcse it was not sent - easily rectified). The only minor negative was we could have used a pan bcse we did heat up leftovers and we left some sugar there for next guests. Also, for Americans at least, we need directions on how to use the European coffee makers! lol But I think we are going back to Thessalonii next year and we definitely want to stay again here - beautifully maintained & updated unit !

Nicely located on the port end of the boardwalk and easily walkable to quick stop, cafes, taverna dining and coastal boardwalk of central Thessaloniki! Minor hiccup getting communications thru WhatsApp for entry code, but staff were pleasant, kind and prompt working it out. We could occasionally hear car park noises and other suites key code beeps, but the room was recently updated and well appointed. While the facility has no entry reception desk (contact free checkin) it does have a secure entry door outside and top of the line door locks and lighting in the unit. This is at the very end of the boardwalk so not as blatantly tourist as the rest, but very easy to find and has a convenient quick stop one door over with any minor snacks, beer or misc. The best part was the amazing array of vey cute, tasty and affordable tavernas right around the corner!

This is a very nice place. Great room and amenities. Location is great and the view from the room is toward the water. The only isaue is the music at night till 4 am. But the owner provided ear plugs :)

Het appartement heeft geen echte lobby, waardoor de ontvangst wat onpersoonlijk aanvoelt. De ligging is zowel een plus- als een minpunt: het bevindt zich vlak bij de uitgaansbuurt en op wandelafstand van de zee, maar ligt ook aan een zeer drukke baan, wat voor de nodige geluidshinder zorgt. De kamer zelf was proper en verzorgd, al waren er enkele kleine minpuntjes: het donsdeken was nogal smal en er ontbrak een haak om de douchesproeier op te hangen. Met een paar aanpassingen zou het verblijf een stuk comfortabeler kunnen worden.

Ιδανική τοποθεσία και καθαριότητα

Ευρύχωρο άνετο δωμάτιο στον 6ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας που στους υπόλοιπους ορόφους υπάρχουν γραφεία. Πολύ καλό σημείο με πολλά πάρκιγκ για το αυτοκίνητο σε αποσταση τριών λεπτών με τα πόδια. Πήραμε το πιο φτηνό δωμάτιο που όμως ειχε πλαϊνή θέα στην θάλασσα. Πολύ καθαρά και καινουρια τα έπιπλα, τα σεντόνια και η μικρή κουζινα και καφετιέρα για καφέ nespresso. Δίπλα στα Λαδάδικα που ειναι η πιο ζωντανή γειτονιά για φαγητό και διασκέδαση. Πολύ κοντά στα Δικαστήρια. Θα το επισκευθώ και πάλι.
