Trasferiti in un altro appartamento per un guasto

La direzione ha cambiato l’appartamento spostandomi in un altro un’ora prima del check in. Comunicazione molto difficile (non hanno mai risposto ai whatsapp inviati al numero indicatomi). Il nuovo studio non era insonorizzato e quindi molto rumoroso per i vicini (televisione, voci, uso dell’acqua etc). Basso rapporto qualità.
