「This was an awful experience. Going in I already had my expectations tamped since this property's reviews were in the upper 8s, but what I found was way worse and appalling. We booked two rooms, the two rooms we were given were really far away from each other, we literally had to exit the building and go around to get into the other room. This first room we were given was ok but the bathroom had no lights, none of the lights were working, my kids had to use the flashlight from their phones to...

「We had a very nice suite with plenty of room and a large balcony with a view of the port. It is located very close to the restaurants, shops and port. The pool area was quiet and a great respite from all of our activities. The free breakfast had a good variety of food and was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time.」
