"We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t understand why no other room on the upper floor was arranged for us given it was not a last minute booking. We have made the booking at least 2 months ago. We could not sleep well due to this terrible experience. We hope this hotel would treasure each of their customers even they only stayed for one night, and show their hospitality by maintaining the facilities in good condition."

"Smooth check in, ideal for airport transit passengers, room overall clean but can provide more amenities such as toothbrush and slippers. Not much to do around or to eat unless you prepare to stay in airport for the night."
