「This hotel was perfect for us in every respect. We were greeted on arrival by Andrea and he could not have been more helpful, as he was throughout the rest of our 4 night stay. All of the staff members were friendly, polite and accommodating. The system for breakfast was excellent i.e. selecting requirements in advance, the choices available were extensive. The hotel was charming and full of character in keeping with it's age (built in 1765), be aware there is no lift which was not a problem for...

「The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water. 」
