「Hallway and Room is very smelly In just in entry of hotel there is plenty of rubbish everywhere Restaurants is awful . The blanket are smelling too There is no enough staff in reception area have to wait for long time」

「Friendly staff at check in. Given a piece of paper per room for times of pool etc … does this change frequently? not very environmentally friendly to print it out each time for each room. Went to use pool and sauna etc to hear one of the staff moaning that a child had poo’ed in the children’s pool and it was now out of action and on top of that the steam room had packed up and no staff. We did use the adult pools and sauna which were fine. We did not eat at the hotel but came back for...
