"Very clean and spacious, rooms had every toiletry you would need and paper products. Kitchen was well equipped to cook and clean up after yourself. Laundry rooms on every floor. Noise level was non existent - rooms quiet, views amazing. All amenities were great for family time and TVs in each room. Enough towels blankets and pillows. Bed was super comfy! Loved our stay, we come every year and this time was our most cozy time. Also very walkable to the plaza and restaurants art boutiques.front desk amazing! "

"Our room was tastefully appointed, and we have zero complaints. The staff was extremely professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable. Highly recommend my only disappointment is that the beautiful European aesthetic was updated to be very modern. Most probably like that. I would’ve rather seen the old world Appointments to the lobby and felt that the contemporary light fixtures and art were pretentious and not in keeping with the old European Switzerland delight. "

"The person who checked us in went over all of the amenities with us, including the shuttle into town and how to call Patrick the driver. It went well. The Lodge is beautiful and the view absolutely amazing. Our room was huge and nicely set up. Loved it here. "
