「the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good」

「Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!」

「It doesn’t deserve the 3 star hotel category. At first, when I arrived to the hotel to do my check-in, there’s nobody, I had to wait almost 40 minutes with my luggage at the street. I guess was because the staff weren’t expecting my reservation. There’s no hot water, I hadn’t at any moment of my stay. When I arrived to my room, there’s a small blood stain on the shower faucet. Also the soap dispenser was misplaced and it was falling every time I had to use it. The breakfast was ok, but the...

「These people ghosted me. Booked 24 hours before stay. I showed up and they never answered the phone or my messages. There is no front desk or reception area. I think this place is a scam. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. 」
