Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there.
Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well.

The price was right, and the area great for dining, walking, though don’t expect the Ritz. If the property were more posh, the price would be too! "I came to Harvard Square with my son for volleyball camp at Harvard University. I was looking for something within walking distance to the school with easy access to shopping and dining and this hotel was perfect! We were within minutes of casual to find dining restaurants, St Pauls catholic church, JFK memorial park and Harvard University. I've read others reviews but gave them a chance despite a few negative reviews. I found this hotel to have an amazing staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. It was ao nice to come back from a long day of sightseeing and/or sports to a clean room with fresh linens. If you are ever in the Boston-Harvard Square area, I suggest staying at Harvard Square Hotel. Don't forget to eat at the Hourly Oyster Bar - the lobster rolls, Lobster Mac and cheese, oysters and cornbread were AMAZING!"
