"Este viaje lo hicimos por el cumpleaños de mi esposo, el mi hija y yo,el hotel es exelente muy bonito ,en la recepción las muchachas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y profesionales el chekin fue bien rápido, la piscina exelente, lo único que tengo que decir de malo fue la mujer q nos atendió en el bar de la piscina es muy grosera y despota,a mi esposo le tiro la tarjeta y le tiró un pesado de limón que le pidió, no se como se llama ,pero es rubia y delgada,por lo demás exelente hotel."

"The room was dirty. Amenities did not work switched the rooms two times however felt dirty and unsafe."

"The reason i specifically booked the embassy was because of the ambiance and their breakfast selection. The receptionist was excited to know it was going to be a fast check out. That was tasteless of her. My husband was so mad turkey bacon or turkey sausage was not an option. He does not eat pork. The cook was so overwhelmed that my omlet was not done properly. I was highly disappointed especially when i came to town for a funeral. "

"First flow Men's bathroom had three sink. One didn't work at all, one only soap dispenser but no running water and the other has the faucet working but no soap.. More importantly, the WiFi was out for 22 of our 24 hour stay. The place felt second rate. Nice staff though"
