"The room was clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is convenienyly close to AA check-in. The restaurant on the top floor is another matter. The staff is not being managed correctly, the servers are dividing customers up themselves, and if the server in front of you is not yours, you don't get service! This is probably due to the fact that an 18% gratuity is added to every check and bar tab, so there is no incentive to do the job well."

"Would definitely stay here again. The only issue my husband and I had was the WiFi. It was spotty. At checkout, I let the front desk know and they said where we were located we could have used the bar/restaurant WiFi. Good to know for our next stay, because we WILL be back ❤️ Staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze!"

"Property very nice, pool is crowded but they have chairs all over the place - a little to close but there are plenty. Beach set up with chairs as well. Very clean and attentive staff. Restaraunt pricing didn't feel like your were being gouged. Nice complementary drinks at check in."

"Overall this property was a 4.5 out of 5 The reservation was easy The staff was helpful The landscaping was beautiful The availability of staff was 4.5 2. 1.Things that surprised me was the mold in the bathroom shower 2. The concierge stated he had a gift upon check-in & I didn’t get it & Upon checking I spoke to 3 team members & was advised it would be approximately 25 minutes"
