"The pool was awesome and the beach was a short walk from the back of the property. The first 2 days, our room was not cleaned. We called up the desk the 2nd evening and they sent up some clean towels. We had to ask a woman from house keeping to do our room on the 3rd day. Which they did. Not sure what happened the first 2 days, but that's very unusual. Also the beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach are not for the hotel guests. A 3rd party operates them and they charge 45 dollars a day for a chair and umbrella. For the price of everything while staying at the facility. , a chair and umbrella should be automatic for hotel guests"
