「It’s a nice historical hotel. Staffs are nice too」

「Staff was not helpful and also didn't give me my VIP. Doors didn't close in the bathroom. Staff didn't inform at checking in of the hours of breakfast or any additional information. Staff didn't acknowledge me and Skip me for another customer that was that was behind me.」

「From check in to check out very accommodating and friendly. The grounds were beautiful! Beach front was great for being in Key West! Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurants were great. Best side of the Island to be on. Everything was walkable. Right at the end of Duval. So many options around. Perfect spot!」

「This is a great location for a resort right on the river with great outdoor pools and views and restaurants and bar. There is a children’s pool with a large slide and 3 levels of adult pools with a swim up bar. The hotel could use a little updating and paint. Housekeeping was a little absent.」
