"Very clean, minimalistic for furniture in room. Simple and easy to stay at."

"We had a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite with fireworks view … and yes we were able to see both Epcot and Disney fireworks from a screened deck which was nice! They were accommodating and very nice at check-in. The suites were side by side apartments so lots of room and privacy. Not brand new but in good shape and the pool area was lovely! Some restaurants ( Turkish, Italian, Japanese, and a steak house) and an ice cream shop within a short walking distance. There is not a restaurant or snack shop on premises. Would definitely stay here again."

"I have stayed at b ocean multiple times over the years and this past visit was rather disappointing. At check in there was a lot of chaos in general and the girl who checked me in messed up our reservation. It did get fixed but she then tried to have me pay for someone else’s room hold and said it was the same amount of money so it was no big deal. The guy at the desk told her no. She then gave us directions to the wrong area of where we were staying and we needed to remind her to give us our beach bands. Our room was not exactly what it’s been in the past either, which was disappointing. We don’t need our room cleaned crazily or anything but we weren’t even given wash cloths to wash up with on the second day. We also came back to our room and the door was left cracked open. There seemed to be some issues too with electric because our ac kicked in and everything turned off and in the middle of the night it would not come on for a long time and the room would get super hot. And the staff in the restaurant downstairs for breakfast to check you in was just very unhelpful and we stood there after we had asked for a table and nobody helped us. It was odd. With that being said there was an amazing server at the pool restaurant outside who was extremely helpful and the property location is beautiful. There Weren’t any towels and the one lady was so kind and went to get us some and the people on the beach were also great. Again we’ve started numerous times and this was not the same"

"I paid for an ocean view room and ended up getting a partial view. I asked the front desk and they couldn't give me a expiation between open view, front view, side view. For what I paid, I was expecting a bigger room and better view. I was completely disappointed. I'll never come back to this Hotel."

"I live in Fl and have stayed at many beach hotels but this was by far our worst experience. The pictures make the property look better than it really is. The only accurate picture is of the beach. The beach was the only saving grace of this trip. The hotel’s price to what you got was completely off. We step in our room and are instantly met with a dirty floor, smell of mold, and private area hair in the shower which showed the room was poorly cleaned. The beds weren’t poor quality and if the walls wouldn’t have been paper thin we might have been able to sleep but that wasn’t the case. All night we heard drunk people walking back and forth. Then we get awoken to the lovely sound of gun shots. The next night we got to hear drag racing for over an hour. We were told the pools were heated but only one is heated. The staff almost messed up and charged us twice draining our account. They told us it would take days to come back, no apology, and no offer of vouchers etc. We could not wait to get out of there. If you have young kids I do not recommend "

"Perfect location to all things vital to visit while in DC! Great meals at the quaint restaurant. Fantastic customer service from the staff. Appreciate the stay"
