"The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Margot, the receptionist made us feel at home. She answered all questions without hesitation and was extremely courteous. The hotel grounds were always kept very clean. We had one issue upon arrival, which was immediately rectified by the on duty manager Jeff. He upgraded our room as well as gifted us a bottle of champagne. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
