「It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. 「The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point.」

「There’s worm in the washroom😅」

「酒店非常之新淨，早餐自助餐形式，一般想吃的專人煎蛋，沙律，水果，熱菜都有。看到有非常不錯的游泳池，但由於出差沒有準備。看到應該是很不錯的。酒店附近有購物商場和超大形超市，吃飯喝咖啡，小食通通沒有問題。大家如果是到Technopart 工業園出差工作的話，相信這裡是不二之選！比住市區安靜和不用塞車！機場到酒店大約 45分鐘以內就能到。下次出差會再入住。」

「The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me. First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong; secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night； finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.」

「Close to the main highway- it doesn’t catch the noisy commute but is close enough that it is easy to get around. Starbucks is literally across the main road. Spacious container van and comfortable for 6 adults. 」
