「I was really glad the front desk included a mini store that had variety of small microwaveable items too.」

「The hotel is very clean and good location. We wanted an early check in because we had a family wedding to get ready for but they could not accommodate us. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly. Breakfast had huge portions and very tasty. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop that overlooked the pretty street below. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to others.」

「The worst place we have ever stayed. From broken fixtures to just nasty. The whole place smells like pot and cigarettes. Our nonsmoking room smelt like a hookah bar. The 1st room the towels were just tossed on the beds and trash laying on the bathroom counter. They moved us 2 rooms down and half the lights didn’t work and floors were dirty a trash bag from previous people hanging from the towel rack. We were so tired we did ask for another room. 「The staff was beyond rude. They talk to you rude and treat you like you are beneath them. They get upset if you book online instead of paying them cash. If you arrive early they won't let you check in until 3PM unless you slide them extra. I went to get Ice and found dog poop near the vending machine. And I reported it and the lady behind the desk said it wasn't her job and that house keeping would get it in the morning, It was 1 am when I reported by the way. So yeah don't make the mistake I...

「My stay was pleasant. Only issue I had was each day my key card was deactivated, so I had to go back down to have it activated each day I returned to the hotel and then on my check out day the housekeeper mentioned they had my room listed as empty. Which may explain why the housekeeper didn’t come by during my stay. I just wanted to have my trash disposed. Aside from that, I’d recommend this hotel for convenience and access to local stores and restaurants. I also liked the free parking!」
