「I never got to see my room i got there after 7 pm and none would answer the phone or even let me checking i had to sleep in the car」

Can't understand why there was anything one about this. We were told there wasn't another room to be moved to, but we got stuck with it and there was no compensation. Had to walk around the room in shoes as the floor was soaking wet. 」

「Undergoing refurbishments when I stayed, so it was a little difficult to ascertain the usual state of the room. Air con worked well. No phone in the unit, so to contact reception you either use your own mobile or walk across in person.」

The other two great, advised me where to eat, and organised a taxi today for airport. The grounds are kept well and rooms very clean. Plenty of choices very close for food. And Rockhampton Leagues club across the road. I will be back. Thanks for a great stay」
