「清洁不够」

「Front desk gave me to keys to a room that was already occupied and it was quite embarrassing to walk in on a man and a small child in the room. They told me it wasn't their mistake but rather corporate was working on the computer system and it showed that the room was unoccupied. I knew were being untruthful at the time. They said that they would refund $75 dollars but did not. I contacted corporate. Will not ever stay at this particular hotel again.」

「Nice!!!」

「It is great！」

「Older beautiful mansion converted to a spa hotel. Loved the decor from the 1800s. Breakfast was very good especially the fresh fruit and wonderful bacon. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.」

「The pillow smells really bad. It seems like they have not been washed for a long time.」

「电视机不工作，咖啡机不工作，洗脸盆不通水。」

「We had a lovely stay at Candlewood. The staff were kind, friendly, helpful. The site was well maintained. Room was clean and quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice amenities. Nice kitchen with dishware, cookware, etc. Pet friendly for our husky. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with dog and crate. Great central location for Vestal / Broome County.」

「Room was okay for someone passing through town for the night. A clean bed to sleep in and plenty of hot water. TV had fire stick to watch shows. Decor outdated, front desk was very friendly and accommodating for late check in.」

「Good trip 」
