"In a world where everyone expects a 5 star Review, it is hard to get a real review. Well this place is the real deal. Everything from the moment we arrived to the day we left was first class. The presentation and quality of food was done with care and love. They are incredible ambassadors for the town and for the hosbitality industry . The staff was was extremely helpful with any questions and needs we had. If you are planning on going to St. Ives this where you need to stay."

"Parking is limited and not ideal. Hotel was very clean and rooms a good size. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with long waits for some items on some mornings. Staff were generally helpful but could not explain my check-out bill which contained items with confusing descriptions. i e drinks appearing as "lunch", etc. Hotel was in a good location, near beach and town center. Food was good and well presented."

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind and we ended up being able to park in the hotel parking lot, which was a nice surprise. The room definitely needed to be updated and didn’t match the photos (we had a huge shag carpet in our room over the original rug which was clearly used to cover a big stain but honestly really kind of gross). I wouldn’t say our room was all that clean but the bedding was spotless and the bed itself was comfortable. Location was fantastic, right across from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was standard (coffee was bad). Again, can’t state enough how friendly and helpful the staff were."
