「This family owned business tries to operate a motel without proving a service. Also, they manufacture fractious policies to exploit the customer. Outdated Internet Hardware - Internet access is continuously interrupted because old hardware is not compatible with current technology. No phone number available for the front desk. There’s no way to reach the front desk except to go in person. Staff truly does not want to be bothered. After they collect your money. they do not want to see or...

「Ac wasnt temp control only low med or high. Shower faucet water and tub faucet worked together. More water out tub spicket then shower. Kitchen not worth it. Had 2 forks and no drinking glasses. Many cupboards empty. Balcony fit 2 chairs and hard to access. Pool paint on bottom pealing.. game room not! Had to ask for bedding for couch.」

「The owner was rude barged in my room with my 7 year old wasted tripping over herself unannounced aggressively accusing me of smoking in the room and charging us double their smoking policy without any evidence or reason as we did not smoke in the room and it smelt of cigarettes upon arrival. The dishes in the cabinets were filthy and the bedding and floors were absolutely disgusting. The couch was stained and grimey, and the pool that was not saltwater was so dirty you would think it was. We...

「Location was great for me as it was closer to north end of wildwood. Hotel is a small cute seashore hotel. Quiet location. Staff always close by if anything was needed. Continental breakfast convenient. Room was fine for me with coffee pot, microwave and tv. AC very good. Stayed there two weeks ago and again this past weekend. Would definitely return.」
