Katastrophe!

Völlig unfähiges Management. Die Zimmer brauchen Zugangscode. Erste Nacht kamen Leute und mussten mit im Zimmer schlafen weil 2x der Code rausgeben wurde. Jeden Tag gab es Probleme. Niemand vor Ort. Hotline nicht besetzt. Zimmer ekelhaft!

Kamer was niet schoon, Doucheslang was lek waardoor douchen lastig werd en de badkamer kletsnat. Onpersoonlijk, we hebben niemand gezien alleen 3 X iemand aan de lijn gehad die steeds iets anders vertelde. Voor ons niet weer.

highly inconvenient and unfriendly owner

" the owner said to ask in shops and request them to leave our baggage there" we reached prior to check-in time and there was no one to open the door and we were supposed to receive the code for the door via email. we didn't receive that and had to call up. we even told her over the phone we had done online booking (gave booking ref, name) but the owner wouldn't believe and instead of helping gave us a very stupid idea to knock on every shop nearby and request them to keep our baggage until evening. we went to a tourist information office and asked them to help and they were very kind to speak with the owner and thereafter she gave us the code via SMS. we wasted 2 hours in this hassle

Quality is Poor

Service very poor. Hand towels instead of bathing towels. No washing liquid for the dishes, I had to buy one. Shower is leaking from the head plus it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water. Its a self checking which is fine but no one cares when you phone to request for a thing. No TV.

Don't go for this option ever

It was worst experience ever had. We went there for check in and found no one available. We called the contact person and he simply said that he can't come. We stayed entire night outside searching for hotels and hostels. Very bad

Verwacht niets; besteed je geld beter!

Locatie is uitstekend, maar dat is dan ook het enige prettige. Geen informatie vooraf over de wijze van inchecken. Het 070-nummer wordt niet opgenomen. In de kamer is stevig gerookt. De lucht komt je tegemoet. Er is schoongemaakt, maar toch geeft het geheel je niet de indruk dat het schoon is. Slecht matras; vies kussen met een schone sloop. Minimaal sanitair. Ongewoon lage kwaliteit <-> prijs.

Dirty, smelly hotel. Not taken care off by managem

I don't recommend this place: Dirty, uncomfortable, almost no dishes, very steep stairs to climb. We won't come back.

Bij aankomst voor de deur geen toegang deur met cijferslot geen informatie vooraf, gebeld naar telefoonnummer kreeg een medewerker aan de lijn blijk reservering onbekend geen informatie van boeking wordt gevraag om naar hoofdkantoor te komen richting Scheveningen bij kantoor aangekomen moet het hele bedraag weer betalen bij aankomst verblijf is de kamer rommelig en gevraag wordt om te bellen of de kamer al is schoongemaakt verder geen zeep geen schoonmaak echt onbeschoft. Wil mijn geld terug klaar

Very convienent to the city center.

This is a low budget hotel located in the center of The Hague. If you keep your expectations LOW, you will not be too disappointed. When we got to the room, the smoke/fire alarm had been taken off the ceiling and the battery taken out. This was likely because the battery needed replacement and kept beeping. The TV remote was also out of batteries. In addition, there was only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom (for four people) and very threadbare and old towels. Finally, the "kitchen" sink faucet was loose and came off several times. HOWEVER, the hotel staff was relatively responsive to all our complaints and made a great effort to fix what needed fixing. A plumber was sent to fix the sink, toilet paper and batteries as well as extra towels were provided, and overall they were very responsive to our needs. I cleaned everything in the hotel room to ensure that it was clean (I bought the cleaning products at a nearby store) which is not typical of places that I have stayed in the past. The rooms were NOT non-smoking and did smell rather strongly of smoke and pot (which is legal in the Netherlands). The Hotel is very conveniently located in front of a tram stop, and quite close to downtown. If they fixed things up a bit the Hotel would be great - but likely not nearly as inexpensive. If you don't mind a dingy, low-budget hotel in the City Center, this hotel certainly has its advantages.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist OK.

In dem Haus sind nur Gästezimmer, sonst keine Rezeption, kein Personal. Man muss ein pin code für die Eingangstür sowie für das Zimmer haben, ohne kommt man nicht rein. Von expedia.de habe ich nicht davon mitbekommen. So stand ich mit dem Koffer vor der Eingangstür und wusste nicht wie ich reinkommen soll. Zum Glück ist zufälliger weise ein Mitarbeiter rausgekommen- er war nur kurz zur Kontrolle da. Er hat mich dann reingelassen, hat den Chef angerufen....dann kam Chef und sagte, dass alle Zimmer schon ausgebucht sind! ( obwohl ich schon online alles erledigt habe) Nach paar Minuten netter Unterhaltung hat er mir dann 4er Zimmer gegen! :-)) Für den Preis im Zentrum kann man nicht besseres erwarten. Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber und gemütlich. Insgesamt bin voll zufrieden. Nur die Geschichte mit dem Pin ist schlecht geregelt!

Goede locatie nabij het Spuiplein en centrum. De toegang verloopt op afstand, maar gaat goed. Het boekingsproces is/was erg moeizaam.

I got a message 12 hours before arriving that I would be relocated to the beach. That was not possible for me, but a compromise was made as I got a room closer to my friend whom I was there to meet. Everything was fine really and I didn't expect much for that price anyway.

Leuk voor een nachtje uitgaan!

We gingen voor het uitgaansleven naar den haag, dan zit je hier goed. Alles is makkelijk te lopen, zowel van station naar slaapplek als van slaapplek naar het centrum.
