「We arrived and our room had a plumbing problem but they offered us 2 rooms. With young daughters i dis not love being seperated from them but my girls loved the space for the night and it felt save. Safety being my main concern as a foreign traveller. The rooms were a little older and the air conditioning did not work in one room. Breakfast was lovely and so was the owner and staff. Wifi was solid which is not always the case in SA so we appreciated that. A really good choice for a night or 2」

「Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable 」

「The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Only two issues are not good: 1. Location, it requires travel to the nearest shopping mall but not walkable distance. 2. The room I stayed is quite noisy. 」

「From check in to checkout the staff were great. They all work together as a team and if a mistake is made everyone stand up and take full accountability. And do everything to fix it and right there they are not coworker's they are a family. Great group of people. Thanks again for a wonderful experience an a comfortable stay. ❤️‍🩹」
