"First off, my experience would’ve been a 10/10 had the elevators had been working. My room was placed on the fifth floor, meaning I had to walk up and down the stairs as an asthmatic. Honestly, it was ridiculous. Oh, and breakfast? You’re better off just finding a spot around the hotel, because they didn’t have many options. Hopefully they’ll improve in the future."

"We were here with a soccer team for a tournament. The hotel was very dirty and felt unsafe. Police were called around 3:00 AM on our first night because of a fight, and a few days later we learned that someone had DIED on the property. The hotel did offer two free nights after everything that happened, but we chose to leave and stay elsewhere. Very disappointing experience- do not recommend"

"The first room we checked into had the worst bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. I went to the front desk in the morning and requested a new room and was promised another room with a king bed like the room I booked originally. When I came back to the desk to get my new room, they said sorry we only have room rooms with two double beds because you booked through Expedia. I don't blame the staff however don't sell rooms to Expedia if you can't back it up. The room with two queen beds had crappy beds too."
