"Everything was great. A wasp found its way into our room. We called the front desk and they came right away to remove it."

"First Room 219 had dirty blankets, moved to room 224-Room 224 had dirty blankets and the restroom was dirty on the base of the toilet and in the back crevices of the toilet. Something black was on the floor in the back of toilet and blood splatter on wall. Shower walls had horrible soap scum. "

"It would have been great until we left and they accused us of taking property from the room that we did not take! And are going to charge me for something we did not take. There were three pillows not 4 they are trying to say we took two when we had three we left 3 period. Not happy and very dissatisfied with the man accusing us they have camera you can see we came in with three of our own pills grey we left with three gray theirs are white! Will never stay there again. "

"Bed was like a brick. Great pillows though. Very dark room even with every light on. Limited tv channels. Asked for a wake up call for 7 and they called at 8. "

"Old building/furniture and it shows despite a recent paint job in our room. We were told they were changing to a La Quinta hotel soon. The staff barely acknowledged our presence upon entering. And at breakfast, the staff (of 2) at the counter talked personal business and gossiped with another person (who apparently was well-known to them) -- we walked up and we had to initiate the conversation for check-out because they didn't engage us without the interruption. They all gossiped loudly the entire time during our "breakfast". It was still early and the hot items had a few tablespoons of eggs and a couple sausage patties left. I told the counter staff and they said "the girl" was gone. That they themselves would make some sausage patties, but one said to the other that the process for making the eggs would require "stirring the eggs over and over and over", indicating that would take too long. This was said while I stood there. No apologies or ANYTHING. Needless to say, they never refilled the eggs or sausage. They didn't even say goodbye or safe travels on our way out! Really poor service from senior adult women who have forgotten what their job description entails and what customer service is. We won't be back."
