"Came out of parking and up to an entrance with automatic door that said "Out of Order - Use main entrance", But there was no arrow indicating which way to go to find it. Simply adding and arrow would have made it unnecessary for me to hunt while carrying all of my luggage."

"Airport shuttle was great, pool was out of order, surrounding area dismal, stay away from rooms facing McDonalds, you’ll hear the drive through. Breakfast was just ok, prepackaged snacks"

"The property was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was a little small, but I think two people would be comfortable in the room. On a scale of one to ten, I give the hotel and staff a TEN."

"First, All the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful - from the person working the desk to housekeeping to the people working the morning breakfast. The breakfast itself was lacking: the eggs were running, not much of yogurt selection, there was only whole milk (a low fat choice would be nice). It was average compared to other hotel typical breakfast. Overall the accommodations were very good with a big comfortable bed and a very spacious room !"

"Beautiful rooms"

"Room was clean and friendly staff. We revisited this hotel because we had stayed there a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. This past Easter weekend, there were a few changes that were unfortunate. There was no towels stocked at the pool, also they changed the coffee machine downstairs to a basic hotel machine that would’ve been free anywhere else but the Westin they were forcing their front staff to “man the machine” & charging eight dollars a coffee from a machine that is typically free in hotels… Also the Westin no longer offered a Togo breakfast that you could pick up and go. Those were two of the main reasons we revisited this hotel so I was sad to see these amenities have been taken away. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Kid friendly, great staff, clean room, comfy beds it’s just unfortunate when you pay a premium at a hotel and then feel like you’re being gouged for a regular cup of coffee. We will choose a different place to stay in the Sacramento areas next time we visit. "

"Everything was good and as expected with our stay. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is the insulation is poor so you hear doors opening and closing when people come and go, especially at night. And we had an accessible room with an adjoining door that had quite a large gap at the bottom so the people next door sounded like they were in our room. I put a towel at the base of the door but it didn’t help much. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable and fine for our needs. "
