「We have stayed here multiple times over the last 7 months and the last two stays have been different. The room was not very clean overall which is uncommon for this hotel. We did not contact the front desk since we were only stay a couple of nights. The staff is amazing and very helpful. If I would have asked, I believe they would have had the room cleaned again.」

「Room and everything was nice. Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.」

「From the front door bell men, the check in desk, restaurant and housekeeping everything was a 10. Matthew the Concierge and the drivers ( free rides up to 4 miles for drop offs in a Mercedes SUV) AMAZING 🌟」

「I arrived very late and the front desk lady was super helpful! My bag was lost so i had no toiletries. She provided me with the basics which allowed me to shower and get ready for my meeting in a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Highly recommend. Walking distance to the Bridgestone Center.」

「Our second trip to Nashville and our second stay at The Thompson. It is an easy walk to so many great restaurants. The food in the hotel is great and we love the coffee shop. The people were friendly and we got great recommendations on places to go.」

「The hotel staff were amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our suite was super spacious and super glad we went with the kitchenette. It could use a few more mirrors in the seating area, aside from the bathroom and sleeping area. This helps when 4 people are trying to get ready at once. 10-15min Uber to anywhere really. Overall - we'd stay there again.」
