"Shuttle was the highligh of the stay. Worst customer service ive ever experienced in any Marriott hotel ever! I mayb ever stay at a Marriott again for this reason. No staff, overbooked. Abhorrent customer service!"

"The airport shuttle was very helpful. I appreciated having a phone number to call to help us get to the correct door at OHare. It was a cold wait for the bus. Nothing the hotel could have done about the weather. I would recommend having a warm jacket on a windy day as you are waiting outside up to 30 minutes. Otherwise the hotel and shuttle was a wonderful place to stay on a long layover at OHare. "

"Perfect spot for an overnight layover in Chicago. The attached restaurant is also amazing! Frank, the bartender, is awesome! "

"No laundry services. Property was in sad disrepair. Np bed/divers on beds, just. Sheets. The place reeked of marijuana, room phone didn't work, Curtains were stained and old. The door was barely lockable. Never felt secure. Sounded like "party Central" in the next room until 4:30 am. Never slept the night I occupied the room On a positive the 2 clerks I met were very accommodating, and polite. A 7 out of 10 rating is so very, very misleading! Should be a 1. Would never stay again, would rather sleep in a chair at O'Hare. "

"Very nice hotel. We had a single king room and it was modern, clean and spacious. We stopped at the bar in the restaurant for a bit before leaving for a concert and the staff was great. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Will stay here again."
